Do you have an interest in the automotive industry, but don’t know where to start? We have the perfect opportunity for you!  Embark on an exciting journey to become a fully-fledged Tyre Technician through our in-depth, 12 week Supported Development Program.

As a Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the core fast fit products and services, including fitment of car and van tyre, wheel alignments and battery fitment 
• Completing digital vehicle health checks on a customer vehicles
• Demonstrating knowledge of our products and values and confidently dealing with customer enquiries
• Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do

Following the 12 week training you will be a fully-fledged Technician providing comprehensive tyre services to our customers. Our continued investment in you, will put you on track to become a Service Technician within 18 months and you’ll be trained up in: 

• Ensure a safe working environment 
• Carry out tyre fitting for a range of light vehicles, including hybrid vehicles 
• Inspect a vehicle (DVHC) and complete a vehicle inspection 
• Carry out wheel alignment
• Creating unforgettable customer experiences that leave a lasting impression

What you’ll need:  

• A passion for the automotive industry (no experience required) 
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
• Commitment to start a 12 week training program from 11th November 2024
• Commitment to travel to our training venue in Wigan when required during the 12 week training program (we will cover the cost of all accommodation and transport costs related to attending the training)
• A full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential) 
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK (essential)
• Over 18 years of age
