Over the past 13 years, my journey with this company has been quite remarkable. It all began as an apprentice at ATSE, and within 18 months, I progressed to a Service Technician. With the invaluable support of ATSE, I completed an IMI course and achieved the title of Master Technician within just two years.

My career continued to flourish as I transitioned into management. I spent a year as an Assistant Manager, followed by a seven-year tenure as a Centre Manager. In 2021, the opportunity to become an Area Operations Manager presented itself, and I grasped it with both hands.

ATSE has been the driving force behind my growth. The company not only provided opportunities but also offered qualifications and a Manager Development Programme that have been instrumental in my journey. At ATSE, I've experienced a culture of trust and strong leadership.
