Meet The Team - Courtney, Call Centre Manager
Meet Courtney, our Call Centre Manager for the Go-To Call Centre at ATS Euromaster Head Office. In this role, Courtney is responsible for all call centre operations and oversees both inbound and outbound functions within the department.
His primary focus is to develop, maintain, and enhance the mobile journey to provide outstanding service to customers who use the Mobile Tyre replacement service. Courtney works closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure optimal customer experience for their B2B customer network.
Originally from Birmingham and a resident of Walsall for the last five years, Courtney is a die-hard Manchester United fan with a passion for sports and travelling. He was drawn to ATS because of the opportunities to develop his skill set and career within a well-established company.
Courtney's favourite part of his job is seeing a big idea come to fruition and the potential to change the experience of all customers of the ATSE Mobile Service.
To excel in his role, Courtney is a pragmatic and comprehensive thinker who makes strategic decisions based on detailed analysis of many internal and external factors. He interprets feedback to make informed decisions about day-to-day call centre operations, assesses data at a granular level, and implements procedures that align with business objectives and core customer requirements.
Fun fact: the call centre operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including all Bank Holidays (even Christmas Day!)
