Key Account Development Manager – ATS Euromaster

 

As Key Account Development Manager, you will proactively and strategically manage a portfolio of strategic National Fleet Light Vehicle customers. Delivering industry leading account management techniques, defending, developing and growing (upsell of services) National Account business within ATS Euromaster (ATSE) whilst maximising revenue and margin opportunities.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

*       Accept full responsibility for all account activities within your account portfolio and handle the day-to-day management of the account portfolio.

*       Build, manage and own the commercial plan for each portfolio account, ensuring all initiatives are profit enhancing and deliverable for ATS Euromaster. Understand the sales and profitability of your portfolio.

*       Minimum monthly formal review meetings for defined larger customers and quarterly for smaller customers - by customer approval.

*       Maintain a contact strategy plan to grow contacts within your individual customers.

*       Negotiate, secure and record any special support or agreements from manufacturers, applicable to portfolio accounts.

*       Develop and implement a multi-functional account plan, specifically to address share of account and the actions needed to secure a greater percentage.

*       Secure new business from existing ATSE customers.

*       Negotiate on behalf of ATSE within budget constraints.

*       Sell the ATSE company values and service proposition and have a detailed understanding of ATSE offers and products.

*       Develop profitable growth in each portfolio account across all applicable business domains.

 

With experience in a similar sales role, managing national accounts, you will have worked previously to SLA’s and to targets, and have a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage customer expectations and demands. Self-motivated, you will focus on the timely delivery of results and will be an all-round team player.
