Are you looking for the next stage in your career? We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager (with automotive experience!) to lead our Wantage team!
The Opportunity:

The salary for this role is between £32,320 - £38,380, this is dependent on experience. We also offer a range of fantastic benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme!
As our Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The management and development of your team
- Delivering excellent service to our customers
- Achieving agreed performance measures and objectives and maximising sales opportunities
- Be accountable for the implementation of our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety across all POS activities
- Delivering the required technical aspects of the role, where required, which could include the fitment of Tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services
- Use your current skills and knowledge and drive your career forward with Michelin’s biggest brand.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial role within a similar industry, delivering excellent customer service and managing others
- Mechanical experience is desirable
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate
- Full UK Driving Licence
