Are you looking for the next stage in your career? We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager (with automotive experience!) to lead our Gorseinon team!

The salary for this role is between £32,320 - £38,380, this is dependent on experience. We also offer a range of fantastic benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme!
As our Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Running the day to day of a fast fit centre
The management and development of your team
Delivering excellent service to our customers
Achieving agreed performance measures and objectives and maximising sales opportunities
Be accountable for Health & Safety
Delivering the required fast fit aspects of the role ( e.g fitment of Tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services)
Requirements:
Experience in a managerial role within a similar industry
Strong customer service skills
Mechanical experience is desirable
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate
Full UK Driving Licence
