Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Duties:
-Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase revenue- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Collaborate with the National Account Managers to ensure smooth transition of new accounts- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
