​Wow, 5 years has flown by, what a journey so far!

I joined ATS in August 2020 as Territory Sales Manager, having spent 7 years with Enterprise. Straight away I knew I had made the right decision in joining the Company. I loved the fast paced nature of the role, engaging straight away with not only our key customers, but key internal stakeholders too. 

I'd had a progressive career up until this point with Enterprise and this upward trajectory continued as after 18 successful months in role, I was promoted to National Sales Manager, leading the Regional Sales Team. This gave me a great thrill and I couldn't wait to get started!

Roll on 3 years, I feel it has been a really key period in my career, plenty of learning, developing and inspiring. All of which has led to growth, personal growth and growth within my team which I am most proud of. None of which would have been possible without the support of the business, I have really felt this, whether it was through the Senior Leadership Development Programme in 2024 or through regular coaching conversations with other senior leaders. Both have led me to where I am today

I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together across the rest of the year and beyond. The future is exciting!

After joining ATS Euromaster in February 2024 as an HR Assistant with no prior experience, I was supported by a welcoming team and a smooth onboarding process. The company invested in my development by enrolling me in a CIPD Level 3 apprenticeship. This program allowed me to apply my learning directly to my work, building my confidence and skills in HR practices.

The apprenticeship was a significant step in my career, and I'm proud to announce that as of June 2025, I've been promoted to HR Advisor. This promotion is a testament to the company's commitment to employee growth. In my new role, I'm able to take a more proactive part in supporting managers and driving positive changes. I'm excited for what's next and grateful to be at a company that truly invests in its people.

​As a Service Technician, I've been fortunate to engage in diverse tasks, from tyre fitting to vehicle inspections, all while delivering top-quality service and assisting our valued customers.

ATS Euromaster's Fast-Track trainee course paved the way for my growth, taking me from a previous warehouse job to my current role in just over a year.

What I treasure most about my job is the satisfaction of providing customers with the best service possible. I am deeply grateful to ATS Euromaster for the support and the incredible opportunities they've provided me.

My journey with this company has been quite remarkable.

Over the past 13 years, my journey with this company has been quite remarkable. It all began as an apprentice at ATS Euromaster, and within 18 months, I progressed to a Service Technician. With the invaluable support of ATS Euromaster, I completed an IMI course and achieved the title of Master Technician within just two years.

My career continued to flourish as I transitioned into management. I spent a year as an Assistant Manager, followed by a seven-year tenure as a Centre Manager. In 2021, the opportunity to become an Area Operations Manager presented itself, and I grasped it with both hands.

ATS Euromaster has been the driving force behind my growth. The company not only provided opportunities but also offered qualifications and a Manager Development Programme that have been instrumental in my journey. At ATS Euromaster, I've experienced a culture of trust and strong leadership.
